Tracking Time
Is there a way to track time without having a project or ticket to connect to the time? One team doesn't normally work tickets; they only work with vendors and internal customers. Is there a way to track the time consulting with vendors, meeting with internal customers, etc?

Hi Rhonda,
I don't think there would be any way to track time without having an item to track it against. You'd have to have a ticket, project, workspace, task, or some kind of item that the time can be tracked against.
