Can I report on tickets "moved to application"
Hello,
I want some data around how many tickets we end up moving to another application.
Ideally, I would like to know how many tickets are moved from our application to another.
However, I would even be grateful for a method to report from the destination application on how many tickets were moved from our application to the destination
As far as I can tell, the only clue is an entry in the log "Changed Application from "IT Service Management" to "Procurement"
Is there any way that I can do this within TeamDynamix?

Hi Sarah,
Unfortunately, there isn't a current reporting feature that would allow you to report on if a ticket has been moved. I would suggest submitting this as a Product Idea, here: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
