Survey question data types - not numeric
Good afternoon,
I would like to create a summary report for my team showing the average satisfaction score for my team members. We are having requestors respond on a scale of 1 to 5 how satisfied they were with how the ticket was handled. Unfortunately, it looks like the field types for surveys are all text base which doesn't allow me to report on an average satisfaction rate for each team member. Has anyone found a way to do this?

Hello Kimberly,
You *could* create a new question for your survey that is a text box > Integer type of field and collect the 1-5 ranking that way, then you could report on the average of that question's values for your specific technicians.
