Custom ticket Alerts
Hello. I can't seem to find any information regarding custom alerts on tickets. We are hoping to add an alert when the status of a ticket changes. Thanks.

Hello Michael,
Unfortunately there isn't an alert option for when a status changes. There *are* alerts for the following that you can enable on a per-ticket-per-user basis (each user does this themselves, you can't set an alert for someone else).
- All Tasks Complete
- Ticket is Completed
- Ticket is Due
- Ticket is In Process
- Ticket is Overdue
