API to create scheduled tickets
We're not seeing how to use the API to create a scheduled ticket (I know, I know). Is that possible or could Mark put in a feature request for us? ;)

Hello Micah,
There currently aren't any API endpoints that would facilitate managing or creating schedules for ticket creation. If you'd like to see endpoints for that type of thing be added sometime in the future, go ahead and submit a product enhancement idea from our service here: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
