In Ticketing system how to make form field required

I need to set some of the field on my form to be required, but I see no way to do that. The answer I found in the KB was from 2016 and references a non-existing link:

I appreciate the quick response. To make it more clear for others that may be looking for the setting to make a form field required, it is located under the "For Client Portal" and "For TDNext" drop downs. Instead of the default of "Editable", it can be changed to "Editable and Required".

Hi Will, 

You should be able to edit field settings in TDAdmin > Applications > [Ticket App] > Forms > [Select Form]. From there, you should be able to edit the settings for each field in the form builder. Also, this KB should provide some helpful information in regards to working with Ticketing Forms:
