Template Tags in Response Templates
Hello,
When editing Response Templates in our ticketing apps, I'm only able to select TicketID, LastModifiedDate, and variations of the Requestor Name and Technician Name to insert into the template. There are significantly more options for the Notification Templates.
Is it possible to include things like Ticket Title or Description in our response templates to reference those items in the body of a response?

Hello Pamela,
Currently only a limited number of tags are available for response templates, but you can always submit an enhancement request to as for that list of tags to be expanded to include more options.
