Unable to find resources to add to Workspaces
Hello
I am trying to update the workspaces for the new year, but I am unable to find certain resources that I would like to add to the workspace. The resources are still active and I cant still find them. What could be the reason.

Hi Meena,
Do the users have access to the Workspaces application? If not, that could be a reason. Also, this KB article outlines other permissions and security settings required for configuring a workspace for a team:

But this same user was in a different workspace previously, just want to change to a new workspace.

Also related situation, I am not able to add a manager to a new workspace I created. That manager is listed in a different workspace, but cant find the resource when I do a search to add to the new workspace. This is a new issue I am seeing.

Launched TDx again and its working fine now. Could have been an interim issue.

Can you provide an example user that I can take a look at? If you don't want to post that information here, you can also open a Support ticket instead so we can take a further look. To add, when you are on the Members tab of the workspace and go to add members, have you tried selecting the 'Both' option for Employees/Non Employees and then clicking search to see if you get results?
