Average # Of Tickets Resolved Per Time Period

Hi all,

Wondering how to create a report to show the average number of the tickets set to resolved in a given time period. I want to be able to determine AVG resolutions per week per group. 

Any help is appreciated

Hello Damon,

The best way I've found to do this is have 3 columns: Resp Group, Resolved Date (displayed in week/year format), and Ticket Count.

Filter it as needed, but the display of those should show you all groups that resolved tickets within a particular week and how many tickets they resolved.

Getting more granular than that will take likely exporting the report to Excel and manipulating the data further from there, but this is at least generally possible.
