Surveys based on services
I apologize if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it in my quick search.
If you don't add any services in the Ticket Profile section of a survey, does it default to sending a survey to tickets for all services or does it not send surveys to any tickets with a service? I'm hoping the former is the case because it would be a lot easier for us to just add some excluded services than to maintain the list of all other services to send a survey for.

It should send to any ticket that matches the rest of the ticket profile you've configured. The Services field is only used if you populate it to limit the amount of tickets that the survey should apply to by service.
