Security Roles and Workflows

Hello,

I don't see anything about it in the Security Role notes in TDX, so I probably know the answer. Is there a way to prevent users from running workflows in TDNext but still give them the ability to do other things like edit tickets, assign, etc...?

Hello David,

There isn't a permission around applying workflows to tickets, so unfortunately if the resource is able to edit tickets, or if they are assigned to the ticket, they'll be able to assign a workflow as long as there are active workflows in that ticket app.
