Asset Application Default Portal
We are in the process of on-boarding our Facilities area and we are looking to add an asset application alongside the ticketing application. Is there a way to have an Asset application to default to a specific application?

Hello Tyler,
I'm not sure if I'm understanding the question fully. Are you asking if there is a way to force an Asset application to have a certain app ID value? or can you clarify?
Sincerely,

Ticketing apps *aren't* associated directly with any asset apps. If you're referring to the Assets/CIs tab of a ticket, and wondering how it is determined which app you can select Assets/CIs from to associate with a particular ticket: that is entirely based on the current user's access to any Asset/CI apps your system holds. If the current user has access to multiple asset apps, they can select Assets/CIs from any of those apps to associate with a ticket.
