Ticket Creation via API

Hello, TDX Community:

I wanted to ask if there is a most effective way via API or other means to automatically generate tickets. For instance, if we wanted to schedule the creation of tickets on weekly or monthly intervals for tasks completed by our technicians, would there be a best way of going about that?
