Resetting A User Password

If a user is set to authenticate against the TeamDynamix database, administrators may reset the user's password at any time.

To reset a user's password:

  1. Navigate to TDAdmin > Users & Roles
  2. Select "Users."
  3. Click the name link of the user whose password your wish to reset from the user list. This will open the user profile page for that user.
  4. In the "General" tab, click the Actions > "Reset Password" button.
  5. In the "Password Reset" window, enter a new password for the user, then confirm that password. When finished, click the "Save" button.
