If a user is set to authenticate against the TeamDynamix database, administrators may reset the user's password at any time.
To reset a user's password:
- Navigate to TDAdmin > Users & Roles
- Select "Users."
- Click the name link of the user whose password your wish to reset from the user list. This will open the user profile page for that user.
- In the "General" tab, click the Actions > "Reset Password" button.
- In the "Password Reset" window, enter a new password for the user, then confirm that password. When finished, click the "Save" button.
