Issue Work Report

The Issue Work Status Report is a Projects Application report that displays work recorded against issues for the specified project, broken down by project member or issue category.

By default, this report contains the following data:

  • Priority Levels (Low, Med/Low, Med, Med/High, or High) - The hours of work recorded against unclosed issues at the specified priority level.
  • Total - The total hours of work recorded against unclosed issues.
  • Closed - The total hours of work recorded against closed issues.
  • Deleted - The total hours of work recorded against deleted issues.
  • Total - The total hours of work recorded against unclosed, closed, and deleted issues.

Viewing the Issue Work Status Report

To view this report:

  1. In the Work Management Toolbar, click View Applications.
  2. Click the Projects application tile.
  3. Under the Standard Issue Reportssection of the navigation menu, click Issue Work Status.
  4. Select the Project/Workspace you want to view info of.
  5. (OPTIONAL) Update the Group By option.
    • Person
    • Category
  6. (OPTIONAL) Select every Category to include
  7. Click Run Report.
