SaaS Upgrade Process for Multi-Tenant Instances

  Frequency:

Patch Release: Every 1-2 Weeks
Point Releases: Every 5-6 Months
Major Releases: Every 18 Months

 

SaaS Client Upgrade Rollout Process:

At least 4 weeks prior to the release, release notes will be posted to the TeamDynamix Client Portal (Here)

At least 4 weeks prior to the release, an email will be sent to the primary client contact with release notes and an invitation to live demonstration webinars.

At least 2 weeks prior to the release, live demonstration webinars will be held, allowing clients to see forthcoming changes and ask questions.

At least 2 weeks prior to the release, the release will be made available to hosted clients via a release preview sandbox.  The release preview environment will be a duplication of production data with the new release code.

The day a new version of the software is released, an email will be sent to the primary client contact with release notes and a link to the recorded demonstration webinar.
