Answer
When typing in the lookahead or lookup field for a Requestor, the following fields from their user record are searched:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Username
- Organizational ID
- Alternate ID
- Organization
- Title
- Primary Email
In TDNext, technicians can also click the magnifying glass Lookup Requestor button on the right side of the field and filter by Account/Department, Employee/Non Employee, and Active/Inactive people records.
