Implementing a PMO for Information Technology Services

In January 2024, Rhode Island College began implementing a Project Management Office (PMO) for Information Technology Services using TDX portfolio planning and project management capabilities. We developed a project request form, workflow and automation to manage intake. Within a month’s time, we began using TDX exclusively to manage all technology projects. By leveraging TDX portfolio management and project functionality, we are able to track projects, balance priorities and display meaningful, visual reports on project progress to leadership.
