Handling Facilities Preventative Maintenance in iPaaS

Palm Beach State College transitioned from an 18-year-old custom-built Facilities Work Order system to TeamDynamix, but found a challenge in meeting Facilities' requirements for handling preventative maintenance. Utilizing iPaaS forms for the front end, a solution was developed to offer a user-friendly scheduling tool powered by flows and shared data values on the back end. It seamlessly integrates with the TDX Work Management system and generates tickets on Facilities' preventative maintenance schedules with associated assets attached.
