During this session, I'd like to go over how a single iPaaS webhook in a TDX ticketing application can be turned into a powerful tool for quickly automating and streamlining various aspects of ticket processing. Agenda: - Review iPaaS webhook setup for TDX ticketing apps. - Discuss "controller flow" setup in iPaaS (i.e. how to build a single flow linked to the TDX webhook which can then act as a "controller" for calling other flows). - Demonstrate our current webhook-triggered ticketing automations: - Dynamic Priority & SLA Assignment for Incidents - Auto-update ticket contacts list based on email notification recipients. Automatically add active workflow step assignees to the ticket contacts list.
