In June 2023, the IT team launched the IT Service Center (TDX Customer Portal). Two months later, IT also kicked off the enterprise implementation of Microsoft 365. The migration to M365 included nearly 4500 on-premises mailboxes and over 230 SharePoint 2010 sites. This presentation will explore how the City IT team went all-in on embracing change, and how the adoption of the IT Service Center was vital to supporting customers in one of the largest digital transformations our organization has ever completed.
