Create a Web Service Provider

This article will talk through what a Web Service Provider is and how to create one in your Ticketing application. You will need to be a TeamDynamix Administrator or an Application Admin of the ticketing application to set this up.

1. Navigate to your Ticketing application in TDAdmin via Applications > [Ticketing App] > Workflow Web Services
2. Select Web Service Providers
3. Web service providers need a name and a base URL. Optionally, you can provide a description. Please make sure the "active" checkbox is checked before you use them.
