Overview
With this report, you would provide your Knowledge Owners with the articles that are due to be reviewed within the upcoming quarter.
Creating and Configuring the Report
- Click the +Report button
- Choose Knowledge Base Report from the list of options
Name and Description
- Be clear when entering the name and description of your reports, as you want the purpose of the report to be clear to your team.
- For this example, you can type a name of KB Articles to Update and a description of your choosing, if so desired.
Select the Columns for your report
- For this report, we want to see the following minimum columns:
- KB Article ID
- Subject, and
- Next Review Date
Add filtering to your report
- Set the following filter configurations:
- Select the Next Review Date filter with a value of Next Quarter.
Ordering your report
- Order your report by Next Review Date field with a value of Ascending. This will display articles that need reviewer sooner at the top of the report.
When you run your report, you will end up with something like this. Because we've included a column for Article Subject, you can click the subject and edit the article directly from the report.
