Deactivating a user immediately cuts off all access they might have had to TD regardless of whether they were an Admin or not.
Once a user account exists, you can activate or deactivate it as necessary. Deactivated user accounts do not count against your license counts.
- In TDAdmin, navigate to Users & Roles > Users.
- From the list of users, click the name of the person you would like to activate or deactivate, or use the Search field to find a specific user.
- At the top of the user window, click Activate or Deactivate.
