Mobile View & Location

Hi,
When looking at tickets in the mobile view it strips out room # location which is a custom attribute populated by our database. Can you tell me why and how we can get that info to stay so that the mobile view is beneficial to our consult...

Configuration Items and TDMobile

ON the mobile web view, it looks like you can click into Assets and see details but you are not able to do the same for Configuration Items. Is this intentional?
