Repeated Email Monitor Errors
Hi,
We use email monitor (help@utulsa.edu ID:1508) for ticket creation. I have noticed a large number of errors recently that are ticket replies being sent to 1508. Many of these are from technicians actually responding or commenting on the ticket within TDNext. It seems like the comment notification gets fed back to creation monitor 1508 causing this error. How do I prevent this? I have many of our monitors set to notify me when there is an error, but the frequency/congestion of these particular errors are causing me to miss actual errors I need to be concerned with.
Here is a screen shot of one I received just recently. When I open the email attachment, it is a notify@teamdynamixapp.com notification getting sent to the monitor incorrectly.
I have tried looking at the tickets individually, looking at the settings for the monitor, etc. I am not sure how to resolve this.

Hi Geneva,
It looks like the user in TDAdmin > Users & Roles > Users for help@utulsa.edu has the alert/notification email also set to help@utulsa.edu. The alert/notification email address for that account should be a placeholder address like noreply@utulsa.edu so that it can never be notified from within TDX.
