Workspace Detailed Training?

Hello, Workspaces haven't been that popular here at TeamDynamix, and I only set up one a few years back.  However, an enterprise customer would like to start using Workspaces.  I have been able to set up a simple workspace with rules, but I would like some more details on customizing Workspaces.

Do you have a reference in the KB or guides on getting started that provide low-level details in workspace configuration and use?
