Service Forms - Making a Current "Admin" Form into a Shared Form
We have a Service in our catalog that use a form created in the Admin site in our initial implementation. We have since assigned a new Manager/Owner of this Service who does is not a TeamDynamix Admin. When the Service owner attempts to update the form, there is a message "This form is used by other services or was created in the Admin application. In these cases, the service can only be directly edited from the Admin application."
Other than removing the form and creating a new one from the TDNext side, is there a way to make the existing form into one that can be edited in the Form Builder from TDNext? I have looked for a setting to 'make this form shared' or something similar, but not having any luck.
Thank you,
Kristi

Hello Kristi,
I think you'd have to either remove the form and make a new one for this service specifically, or grant this person access to TDAdmin so they can edit the form directly from Admin.
Once a form has been marked as a shared form, or at least once multiple services have been configured to use that form, the form isn't able to be "unshared", even if you remove all other services from using it.
