Time components which are updated daily vs immediatly?
I know that KPI metrics are updated daily so I can't view up to the minute data in my report. I saw that in the article for KPI reports as well. "It should be noted that the Metric/KPIs are updated on a nightly (24/hr) basis, so immediate changes to tickets that you know have occurred may not be reflected completely until the next day."
I have encountered this with some time reports involving actual time and scheduled time as well. Can you please specify what types of time reports have up to the minute results and which update overnight? Maybe the better question is what specific capacity, actual, scheduled time data can be reported on naively in TD with up to the minute accuracy vs. what specific type of time data cannot be reported on naively in TD until the following day?

Hello Sarah,
All of our standard reports *should* have their own dedicated KB articles (accessed from the standard report's "Help" button), and those KBs will advise if the components in that report are updated nightly or not. Is there a specific report type that you are curious about which the available articles do not identify as being updated nightly or not?

We’ve had managers report that they can’t see actuals or scheduled time that they have entered on the same day. I know that is a limitation in some cases, but I’d like to be able to make a true statement about when that is true and when it should not be true (ie. is there a work around to finding up to the minute information in those cases)
