Workflow Choice Notifications?
I believe I know that answer this, but for task notifications the documentation states;
"Ticket Task Notifications
If the "Notify Responsible Group when Task becomes active" setting is enabled, a notification will automatically be sent to the responsible group members of that task when it becomes active if:
- The group member is an active member of the group
- The group member has the "Include in Notifications" group setting turned on.
Does this same rule apply to Workflow "Choice" assignments?
Thanks, Tevis

Hi Tevis,
Yes, if that setting is enabled for your ticketing application, it should notify the group when the Choice becomes active. Only one person though can take action on that Choice step on behalf of the group.

Thanks, and that is what my testing showed, but before I show the prototype to a large group (Change Management), I wanted to confirm.

As an FYI, this is a "workaround" to a question I asked a while back about being able to set a timer dynamically in a workflow or through IPaaS or to be able to pause an IPaaS flow for ~72 hours, which neither can be done. So, the workaround is not to notify the responsible groups on ticket/workflow creation but to schedule the notifications through a scheduled email or a scheduled IPaaS flow (I'm not sure which yet).
Just an FYI.
