Static Fields not showing in Ticket
Please see below. In a form, I have a few static fields, H2 in this case, that are configured to show in TDClient and TDNext, and the fields show when the form is in "edit" mode, but the static fields do not show in the ticket view.

Is this by design, or is there another configuration setting that needs to be set?

Hello Tevis,
Static fields are currently not designed to show in the "Details" view of a ticket, which has been the case since those types of fields were first introduced to ticketing forms. They are only used in the creation and edit pages of a ticket currently.
