How to get in if SSO is down?

We have a hosted TD environment with SSO enabled.

I'm doing some research, and I was just wondering, how would we get into TDNext if our SSO was not working for some reason? Same question for the client portal, I believe customers wouldn't be able to log tickets in this situation, is that correct? (none of our services are available to employees who are not logged in)

Hello Kay,

You can sign in to TDX around SSO (at least in the Admin interface) at any time if you know your local TDX credentials and are an organizational Admin. You would do this by going to https://yourTDXdomain/TDAdmin/logintdauth.aspx

If you also do not lock your environment down ( in your Configure SSO page of TDAdmin) to SSO-only authentication, and if you have your local user credentials, you can also access the TDNext or TDClient interfaces in this same way.
