Does TDX accepts XLSMs attachements
Hello Team ,
We have a rule setup in way so that when we send an email to email@domain.com it creates the ticket .But those emails have attachments and when ticket is getting created in TDX we are not able to get the attachments.
Is there any solution to that ?

Hello Amrit,
You can go to TDAdmin > Email > Email Attachment Types, and add that as a new allowed attachment file type.
