Unable to use the "Create ticket" option from Assets

Hello, I am unable to use the create ticket option from assets (red circle with a red line through it appears when I hover over the button). I tried to look at my security roles to turn on the option but I am unable to find it. Please advise. Thanks Chrissie

Hello Chrissie,

Did you check the check box for an asset first on that page so it is marked as the one that the new ticket is associated with?
