Is "Client Search" reportable?

I see where client searches are viewable per person in the People app and the total count for a word or phrase is stored somewhere. I'm trying to find where that data is so we can report on it. I've looked in the various reports in Analysis but I'm not having any luck locating it. Is it reportable?

Hello Bret,

Unfortunately there is not a good way to report on those sorts of searches.

You *can* see search history in the client portal if your client portal security role has the permission for viewing that history, and that history can be exported. It isn't quite the same as reporting on it, but it is the closest there is right now.

Again, you'd need to have the client portal security role permission to allow viewing it, but if you do you would click on your Knowledge Base section of your portal, and from there is a sub-menu option for viewing Search History. - Mark Sayers Fri 10/25/24 4:31 PM
