Adding external e-mail as a contact on a ticket?
Is there a way for us to add an external e-mail address as a contact on a ticket so that they will get notifications when notes are added to the ticket?

Hi Kay,
The only way to add a contact to a ticket through its People tab is if that email address is already associated with a person record in your TDX system.
Otherwise, you *can* just use the ticket Update page to Notify Other Email addresses, and enter that email address. Then once you create a feed post to that email address, any subsequent replies you add under it will continue to notify that same external email address.
