11.10 release and outage period

Good Morning, does anyone know when the 11.10 release is scheduled to begin and how long will the outage be?

Hi Rhonda,

Here is the pertinent part regarding major versions:

Major Release Updates*

  • Major release date is communicated at least 4 weeks in advance and notice is provided to registered customers
  • Release date is scheduled to fall on Saturday
  • Sandbox Environment Upgrade occurs one day before the release date from 12:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET
  • Production Environment Upgrade occurs on release date from 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM ET
  • These activities require downtime for the environment(s) and date(s) specified
  • Activities are related to new versions of TeamDynamix (e.g. 11.2 to 11.3 release)

For the week immediately following a major release, maintenance patches may need to be applied as often as every night. These will be applied during the same time frame as the Weekly Service Updates window, and they will incur some downtime. Notifications will not be sent out if these patches are needed.
