Asset data auto population

for our assets, is there a way to auto-populate like in tickets someone's department when we choose their name as the owner?

Hello James,

Are you asking about the Owning Acct/Dept field? That unfortunately is not auto-populated when you choose a value for the Owner field currently.

Unfortunately it is not connected to the Owner field as they could be unrelated to each other legitimately.
