KB articles are adding spaces when created

I am noticing that when I have finished writing up an article and save it as a draft, it saves with different formatting (there are gaps placed where I did not enter them)

How are you generating your KB content currently?

Are you by chance writing it up somewhere else and then copy/pasting it into your KBs?

TeamDynamix generally isn't meant to have content from a separate text editor program pasted into it, and it's quite possible the way it displays can get to look strange if it is pasted in from another text editor. - Mark Sayers Thu 10/10/24 1:04 PM

I also see this regularly.  My workaround is to save the article as a Draft.  I find that the Draft will usually show those extra spaces.  So then I go in and manually remove them until the spacing is what I want.  Then I Update the article to the next Revision.  I hope that helps.  -Katie
