TDx availablity

Is TDx experiencing intermittent downtime?  Some of our work flows are not working and users are stating they are not able to access TDx.

Hi Tiffany,

We are not experiencing down time, no. We are performing quarterly Sandbox refreshes today. Is this still an issue for your users as of now? We had performed a maintenance over the weekend and had to push an update today to address some access error issues that users were seeing, but no one should have to take any specific actions to cause those to go away.
