Hidden Fields Showing on Tickets

Hello, I have a couple of hidden fields on a form, which are hidden to both Client, TDNext view, and configured to not-Client.  I use these for temporary values storage; however, the hidden fields appear on the ticket form.

Any suggestions on how to hide the fields on the ticket?

Hi Tevis, 

All of those "Hidden in TDNext, Required" etc. attributes apply to when you're editing/creating the ticket with that form. The details page shows whatever data is present on the ticket.

Brittany that is what I had believed, but if you look at the screen capture, the "Number Approved" field is hidden and does display in "normal" TDXNext ticket view, and there are two others configured the same way that does not show in "normal" view. - Tevis Boulware Fri 9/27/24 12:52 PM
If a field has a value, then it is expected for it to show on the Ticket Details page in TDNext. In the screen recording, I see a field named "ISCAB-Number Approvals" field that is hidden, but it has a value supplied to it, therefore shows on the Ticket Details page, which is expected.

Could you provide detail on the other two fields that you are referencing?
