Service Request Ticket Form

If I create a form for a new service request, is there a way to remove the template drop down once you select it from the pinned area in TDNext?

Hello Nick,

Unfortunately if the person trying to create a new ticket in TDNext has access to any ticket templates, that Template field will always show up for them on the new ticket creation window.
