Location Import Template

I'm trying to set up Locations in our Sandbox environment for the first time.l On the Location Import Template spreadsheet, the Asset Room Required column has the following options: 0, 1, T, F, True, False

What is the significance of these options?

Hello Nicki,

The options 0, F, and False all correspond to meaning "False", and in turn 1, T, and True, all equate to "True".


The Asset Room Required column allows you to set whether, when this location is selected on any forms, should a Room value also always be required to be selected too.

Hi Nicki,

Asset Room Required pertains only to assets that are assigned to the Location. So, you couldn't assign an asset to that location without also indicating what room it is in.
