Importing new ticketing forms into a new application in PR
Hi there,
We added a new ticketing application to sandbox, post SB refresh. We've been building forms into the sandbox in preparation to import them into production. We created the ticketing application in production but it has a different ID to the application in sandbox. This is causing the import to fail. Is there a way around this issue? or do we need to rebuild the forms in production?

Hi Tristina,
The app IDs do have to match between SB and Production in order for the export/import configurations to work successfully, so I believe you'll have to rebuild these forms in Prod. In the future, it'd probably be best to build the new application in Production before the refresh, then when you build out the forms in that app for SB, you'll be able to port them over to Prod since they'll have the same app ID.
