Ticket emails from Public user
Has something changed with TDX notifications? We are noticing when tickets come off Hold status the email looks like it is coming from 'Public User' now. Are we able to change this? It use to look like it was coming from notify@teamdynamixapp.com.

This is a confirmed bug. Can you submit a support ticket and reference bug ticket 26478629 if you'd like to have your request logged under that for notification when it is resolved.
