About Me Field
Is it possible to populate the "About Me' field using the people import utility?

Hi Eric,
Unfortunately that is not a field available for importing currently. You can suggest that it be added via an enhancement though using this service here: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/NewForm?ID=0fZF3UNVAPE_&RequestorType=ServiceOffering

Can you create a Custom Attribute and populate that with the people import utility?

Yes you can! You can see how to list the heading of that attribute by going to TDAdmin > Users & Roles > Import Jobs, click the "Help" button, and expand the custom attributes section of the page. Then find your new custom attribute to see how to list the Header value for the import file.
