Technician deactivated

Hello,
We have had several technicians quit and they may still have had tickets assigned to them when we deactivated their account. We can no longer search my their name to see what tickets they were responsible for. Do those tickets get automatically unassigned or is there a way to search for them?

Hello Haley,

You have to open the ticket search filter for Responsible and change the filter to include Inactive users as well, then you should be able to locate their names to find tickets still assigned to those users.
