Ability to customize information displayed on ticket's "Requestor" summary box

Is there a way to customize/select what information is included and displayed in the "Requestor" summary box on tickets?

Hello Paul,

There is not a way to customize what is included in that box. It displays only certain information from standard fields on the Requestor's account, and no additional fields can be included, nor can the order of the fields be rearranged.
