Report for open time of a ticket

Is there a report or something that can be made that can show the total time a ticket was open? I can see a created date and a completed date but is there a way to get the time from that data?

Hi James, 

You'd probably have to use the Metrics/KPIs available in a ticket report to get the hours between when a ticket was created and resolved. If you create a ticket report in TDNext, you should be able to select "Create to Resolve (Abs)/(Op)" to show either the absolute hours or operational hours between the date/time a ticket was created and the date/time it was resolved.
